Single or Dual Milk
Barissima is available in Single Milk or Dual Milk configurations. Single Milk uses one refrigerated milk source, while Dual Milk allows the machine to draw from two separate refrigerated milk supplies
This gives cafés flexibility to configure Barissima around their menu and milk workflow while keeping quantity, temperature and texture programmable for each drink.
