Temperature + Texture on Demand

Barissima’s dual flash heaters remain cold during standby and idle periods and activate only when milk is being dispensed. Because milk is heated on demand, each programmed drink can have its own milk temperature

Up to 10 different milk temperatures can be programmed across the drink selections. Temperature, milk quantity and aeration can all be stored as part of each drink recipe.

This makes Barissima highly versatile while avoiding the need to keep the heating system hot throughout the day.
