Barissima combines programmable temperature and texture, Single or Dual Milk options, on-demand heating, countertop installation and commercial cleaning features in one compact system.  The result is greater flexibility for cafés without being locked into one temperature, one milk source, constant hot standby heating or daily filter consumables.

Barissima is hand-built in a small factory in the heart of Tyrol, Austria, by a dedicated team with a passion for quality and craftsmanship. The company has been established since 1947 and uses carefully selected European components to build each machine for demanding commercial café environments
