Barissima is an Austrian-made commercial automated milk dispensing and texturing system designed for cafés and high-volume coffee operations. It prepares programmable quantities of hot, cold or textured milk directly into the jug or cup, with individual temperature and texture settings. Available in Single Milk and Dual Milk configurations.

How Barissima Works

Refrigerated milk is drawn on demand, aerated as required, heated through dual flash heaters and dispensed directly into the jug or cup.
 

Temperature + Texture on Demand

Different drinks can use different milk temperatures and texture settings, from lower-temperature babycinos to hotter café drinks.

Single & Dual Milk

Choose one or two refrigerated milk sources depending on your café workflow.
